Dr. Maynard is Chief Quality Officer at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, then completed his residency and chief residency at the University of Arizona Banner Good Samaritan / Carl Hayden VA Internal Medicine program in Phoenix. After serving as an Associate Program Director at the same program, he served as the Chief of Hospital Medicine at UC San Diego for 12 years, before moving on to assume CQO duties at UC Davis in 2015.
