Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB is Arjo’s auditor since the company’s formation.

At the Annual General Meeting 2021 the registered public accounting firm Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was re-elected auditor of the company for a term of one year. The public accounting firm has informed that Cecilia Andrén Dorselius will be the auditor in charge. It was resolved that auditor fees shall be paid in accordance with approved account.

The auditor reviews the annual report, the accounting and the consolidated accounts as well as the management by the Board of Directors and the CEO in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Following each financial year, the auditor submits an auditor’s report for the parent company and a consolidated auditor’s report to the annual general meeting. The auditor also reports to the Board’s Audit Committee on a regular basis.
