Accomplished HR leader with over 12 years of progressive experience, including roles in retail and the past 7 years with Arjo Canada. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources, Kaitlyn leads strategic people initiatives, enhances employee engagement, and drives impactful organizational development programs. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa. Recognized for her leadership excellence, she received Arjo’s K2 Award of Excellence in 2020.
