Our Talent Programs allow employees to share knowledge and work together on strategic business projects under the guidance of the Arjo Management Team. Through our Mentorship Program, we prepare our employees for career advancement within the organisation, while enhancing skills in key areas. With our assessment tools, we support high-performing teams and help employees stay in tune with what motivates them. Our global Academy offers specialized product, clinical, and customer-related training. We measure the success of these ongoing initiatives using our People Survey.
Engagement is everyone´s business
Tracking our engagement is as important as tracking our business performance. Year on year, loyalty, satisfaction, and belief in what we do are reflected in our high engagement scores – where we stand out compared to industry benchmarks. Our People Survey tool provides our employees with an opportunity to feedback on their employee experience and helps us follow up and make continuous improvements.
Gustav's story
One of the main reasons Gustav Andersson joined Arjo was that he saw his grandfather suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, and wanted to help people like him. Now, Gustav devotes his days to making a difference for people facing mobility challenges.

Being married to a nurse, Félix Lalumière is familiar with the physically challenging working conditions for caregivers. He is also a passionate and motivated engineer, wanting to make a difference. As part of the product development team at Arjo Magog, he can contribute to a better and safer everyday life for both patients and caregivers.

One of Nobuaki Nakanishi’s main driving forces is developing good relationships, and he finds it very rewarding to see them grow. Today he works as a Sales Representative at Arjo in Japan, focusing on creating beneficial collaborations with customers, helping them to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

When Vitória Vellani was searching for an internship, Arjo got her attention because of the products’ outstanding capabilities to really help people. Today, Vitória works with international logistics at Arjo Brazil, ensuring that the products reach their destination – and also get to pass on her knowledge and inspiration to a new intern.

With a background in nursing, Mary Muir really understands the everyday challenges in healthcare. Mary joined Arjo in 2004 and has been in a variety of sales, contract and marketing roles, but now leads the clinical consulting team, working to make a difference to patients’ quality of life and the safety of healthcare professionals.

After losing his first son to a severe illness in the early 1990s, Enrique Serratos-Vasquez has dedicated his entire professional career to helping others – and the veteran in Arjo’s US sales team still wakes up every morning with his heart full of compassion and enthusiasm.
Michael's story
In the early 2000s, Michael Kipritidis, who worked as a rental technician at Arjo at the time, made an ambitious career move. Keen to get into the Australian sales team, he went back to the university full time for three years to get a bachelor’s degree in health science.

When Victor Frombach moved from a job in the elderly care sector to join Arjo as a service technician, he thought that he had found his dream job. Twenty years later, Victor is still living his dream – now as Arjo’s Regional Sales Manager in South Germany.
Fatima's story
For Fatima Reyes Garcia nothing is impossible to fix with her sewing machine allowing her to produce quality patient handling products. Working as an operator in the Dominican Republic site, she knows what value her work brings – and she is more than happy to share her passion.
