Credit market

Arjo's finance function ensures that the Group has a stable financing by managing loans, credit facilities, and liquidity, and that its financial exposure is in accordance with the Group's finance policy.

Arjo's finance policy stipulates that the average remaining maturity of committed credit facilities must not be less than 24 months. Furthermore, no more than 30% of Arjo's outstanding financing may mature within the next 12 months.

Arjo has a revolving credit facility of EUR 300 million, available in several currencies, maturing in December 2028.

Arjo also has a commercial paper program in Swedish krona and euros with a framework amount of SEK 5,000 million, as well as an MTN program in Swedish krona and euros with a framework of SEK 5,000 million.

Arjo has a commercial paper program with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion.

MTN Program

Arjo has an MTN Program (Medium Term Notes) with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion. The prospectus has been approved by Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) and can also be found at www.finansinspektionen.se.
