Principal education and professional experience: Bachelor degree in Economics and Computer Science, respectively, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA. Previous experience as EVP Global Services and member of the management team of Nokia Networks and Nokia Siemens Networks, as well as senior positions at Ericsson, telecom operator 3, and Semcon. Former Chairman of Proact (publ) and Semcon AB, and Board member of Addtech (publ), Thule (publ), Fagerhult AB (publ) and Smart Eye AB (publ).

Other current assignments/positions: Chairman of Omegapoint, Nordlo AB, Seriline AB and Board member of AddLife AB (publ) and Elanders AB (publ).

Holding (own and related parties): 120,000 series B shares.
