Risk management

We manage the risk for you. We provide a fully decontaminated, functional product delivered to a specified location and installed for you within adhoc or your contracted agreed timescales. Arjo will also never leave you without a fully working system should your system develop an unknown fault; we will either fix or replace the product.

We have over 200 skilled Rental & Laundry Technicians trained to the highest level geographically sited across the UK & Ireland to ensure a fast response to your rental requirements. Each Rental Technician is fully trained and works in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Integrated Management System.  Calls are personally answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contact Centre staff are fully trained and are supported by a team of Clinical Advisors and Rental Technicians nationwide to ensure that any clinical, product or operational issue experienced can be solved in the quickest of time.
