Arjo introduces new segment reporting and publishes restated historical data

Arjo is introducing a new segment reporting based on the following division: Europe, North America and International*. The new segment structure will be applied in the reporting as of the interim report for the third quarter 2026. Restated historical comparative figures are available on the company’s website.

The new segment reporting aims to provide investors with a more relevant and useful view of Arjo's business by bringing together economically and commercially similar markets in the three reported segments Europe, North America and International. The change also reflects Arjo’s ongoing transformation journey, as well as its new operating model, with increased collaboration and a more integrated way of working between markets within each respective segment.

The principles for how revenue and expenses are allocated between segments and group functions remain unchanged.

The restated historical comparative figures published today cover the financial years 2024 and 2025 as well as the last ten quarters (Q1 2024-Q2 2026). The restatements do not affect Arjo's previously reported total net sales or results. The restated historical segment reporting is available on Arjo's website:

The restated segment reporting has not been subject to review by the company's auditor.
