Ernst & Young AB is Arjo’s auditor since 2025.

At the Annual General Meeting 2025 the registered public accounting firm Ernst & Young AB was elected as new auditor of the company for a term of one year. The public accounting firm has informed that Karoline Tedevall will be the auditor in charge.

The auditor reviews the annual report, the accounting and the consolidated accounts as well as the management by the Board of Directors and the CEO in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Following each financial year, the auditor submits an auditor’s report for the parent company and a consolidated auditor’s report to the annual general meeting. The auditor also reports to the Board’s Audit Committee on a regular basis.
