Andrew Rich MS, OTR/L, CSPHP

Clinical Solutions Manager - Arjo

Andy Rich received his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Rush University. Upon graduation in 1997, he worked in the more traditional roles as an occupational therapist. In 2004, he entered the world of safe patient handling. He served as a member of on the board of directors for the Association of Safe Patient Handling Professionals. Andy uses his passion and creativity to help design safe patient handling products and programs that help both patients and caregivers remain safe while receiving or providing care. Andy speaks at numerous regional and national conferences on topics ranging from making a business case for a safe patient handling programs to how to create and sustain success in safe patient handling in the long term. For 20 years, he has worked as a consultant, clinical manager and solution manager for Arjo’s MOVE and PHD Program. Here he has led teams using behavioral based safety, right-just culture, system theory, improvisational comedy and simple strategies to infuse fun and passion into change initiatives creating results both his mother and clients are uber-proud of.

Carroll Gillespie, RN, BSN, MS, CWOCN

Clinical Solutions Manager - Wound Care - Arjo US

Carroll Gillespie received her BSN from the Medical College of Virginia and has been a practicing RN for over 44 years. Her specialty areas of nursing include critical care, med-surg, wound care and nursing management. Carroll has always had a passion for teaching and obtained her Master of Science in Adult Education and Supervision from the University of Tennessee.For the past 25 years she has been a certified wound, ostomy and continence nurse after attending Emory University’s WOCN program. This certification has allowed her the opportunity to collaborate with nursing, physicians, patient and families to improve the patient’s quality of life in many aspects.In her current role she serves as a resource to Arjo’s dedicated team of clinical and sales professionals who strive to inform and educate clinicians on the management and prevention of pressure injuries. Carroll also has the privilege to work closely with customers in sharing her experiences and passion for the Arjo Solutions for PI prevention. She has been an active member of the NPIAP’s Corporate Advisory Council and the Support Surface Standardization Initiative (S3I) committee for 14 years.

Greg Gale

Executive Sales Coach North America - Arjo Inc.

Greg Gale was hired by the Johansson family, founders of Arjo, 45 years ago. Throughout his tenure, he has held various roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of the Long Term Care Division for Arjo USA and currently serve as North American Executive Sales Coach for the Arjo Global Academy Team.Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health with a minor in Biology from Western Illinois University.He used this background to contribute directly to research and development, influencing both new product development and improvements to existing products.His passion lies in Arjo’s products and solutions, which enhances the quality of life for patients and caregivers, ultimately improving outcomes.
