Arjo MOVE Webinar Series - Module 4: Driving cultural change and sustaining a culture of high quality work
Why do some safe patient handling programs succeed while others struggle to gain traction? While processes and equipment are important, lasting success often depends on culture and behavioral change.
In this webinar, we explore how organizations can drive sustainable adoption of safe patient handling practices by addressing barriers, engaging caregivers, and embedding safety into daily workflows. Join us to learn how culture can help reduce injuries, improve workforce engagement, and support better outcomes for both caregivers and patients.
