Arjo has completed a second issue of SEK 1 billion within the framework of its MTN program (Medium Term Note). The interest from investors continued to be high and the transaction was oversubscribed approximately 2 times.

The bonds are issued with floating rate and a maturity of 2 years (SEK 250 M) and 4 years (SEK 750 M), and are to be traded at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Arjo’s MTN program was established on May 14, 2025, to further diversify the Group’s sources of funding as well as support strategic initiatives.

The MTN program is arranged by Danske Bank with SEB acting as joint bookrunner.
